Job Description: - Maintain & Enhance client
relationship.
·Increase scope of project based on proactively
understanding the customer requirements.

·Participate in Senior Management Reviews of the
project..

·Arrange for Resources- Personnel, HW, SW etc

·Ensure Performance Appraisals and Feedback are done
continuously and on time

.Identify proactively training needs to meet future
project requirements

.Resolve employee/team inter personal issues

Complementary Skills:-

·Analytical skills assisting in problem solving and
continuous improvement activities.

·Must have strong attention to detail and be able to
work as a team player.

·Strong communication skills along with ability to
meet deadlines in a fast paced environment required.

·Motivated self - starter with impeccable follow -
through and passion for technology.

·Should have a good understanding about quality
concepts and should be able to work to high standards

·Remuneration will be excellent for the suitable
candidate.
