Contact prospective persons for Project / Staffing opportunities
Lead Generation by telephone and e.mail
Fixing up Conference calls &  Face to Face meetings
Understanding of IT Outsourcing Market trends and Qatalys services
Co-ordinate with the Business Development Team in US

 

Skills Required : Experience in Cold Calling / Lead Generation for International IT Services / Offshore projects / IT Products / IT Staffing  to US / Europe market in fixing up meetings / conf. Calls with clients
Excellent Communication Skills
Go Getter Attitude
Market Research & Internet  Skills

2) Position: Business Development Manager.

 

Job Description : To lead a team of offshore sales persons making calls into the US market to sell IT offshore projects and onsite staffing

To independently create focus accounts to be directly handled by the sales person

To  take from cold calling through contract signing and relationship management

To build enough business volumes to justify going and selling on behalf of QST in the US

Identify and develop channels and alliances to explore business opportunities

Independently developing collateral

To support strategic sales initiatives on an ongoing basis

Managing all marketing and pre-sales functions viz. Market research, Marketing Collaterals, Business Presentations, Cold Calling and Lead/Prospect Generation, Proposals creation

Evaluation of team performance and creating daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports

 

Skills Required : Someone who has worked in a similar capacity before.

Preference to people who have traveled/lived in the US

Aggressive go-getter

Excellent communication and personal skills

Team player

Flexibility to adjust timings to address needs of different time zones

 

Experience: 6-8 yrs

Qualification : MBA ( Marketing)
