We have appointed to shortlist Candidate's profiles by Our SEI CMM4 Client in Chennai on the following skill sets.
 
Position: Senior Software Engineer - Server side
Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of development from definition and design through implementation, debugging and testing.
• Provide technical leadership and take ownership for component development and maintenance.
• Work closely with other developers on the team to find solutions for difficult problems.
• Produce clear and complete functional and design specifications.
• Provide expert and timely support for customer issues that reach the development team.

Qualifications:

• Software development experience (6+ years) with a focus in server side development.
• 5+ years experience developing applications in Java J2EE technologies including JDBC, Servlets, JNI and JMS with strong object-oriented analysis and design skills.
• At least 3 years experience with server side C++ development (preferably some .Net environment), Win32 API and debugging tools.
• Demonstrated experience delivering a successful product from conception to shipment.
• Deep knowledge of server multi-threading and concurrency issues.
• Knowledge of server performance issues. Experience with profiling tools.
• Must have the ability to quickly learn a complex existing codebase with minimal instruction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic experience with the ACE framework.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
