Experience:- 8 to 10 yrs (*)

Qualification:-B.E/B.TECH, MCA/ PGDCA (*)

Location:-Bangalore

Job Description: -
1.Responsible for Project and Team management

2.Holds the bottom-line for delivery of project
commitments to the client

3.Responsible for Planning, Estimation, Scheduling,
Tracking and Reporting project progress

4.Responsible for Scoping, Requirements Gathering and
Analysis, Application Architecture, Application Design

5.Responsible for Pre-Sales activities and Estimation
for projects

6.Responsible for Team Building, Reviewing the project
deliverables, Coaching and Mentoring, and also the
performance appraisal of the team members
Responsible for resolution of conflicts with in the
project or between cross-functional teams

Additional Skills:-
Strong verbal, written communication skills.
Self-Driven and Good Leadership skills. Should have
pleasant attitude and good aptitude.

In depth experience in a variety of technologies
including web based technologies is expected. Exposure
to Architecture frameworks and design patterns is
preferred.

Should have good interpersonal skills. Should have
interacted with client. Domain knowledge is preferred.

Complementary Skills:-

·Analytical skills assisting in problem solving and
continuous improvement activities.

·Must have strong attention to detail and be able to
work as a team player.

·Strong communication skills along with ability to
meet deadlines in a fast paced environment required.

·Motivated self - starter with impeccable follow -
through and passion for technology.

·Should have a good understanding about quality
concepts and should be able to work to high standards

·Remuneration will be excellent for the suitable
candidate.
