Job Designation:- SQL DBA

Experience:-3 to 4yrs (*)

Qualification:- B.E/B.TECH, M.E/M.TECH, MCA/ PGDCA (*)

Location:-Bangalore

Skills required

·Thorough understanding of RDBMS concepts.
·Experience in installation, configuration and
maintenance of MS – SQL 2000 databases in production
environment with large volume of data and transaction.
·Experience in performance tuning.
·Experience in SQL clustering.
·Knowledge of SPs, sql scripting.
·Certification from Microsoft will be an added
advantage.
·Good Problem Solving skills.
·Strong communication and client interfacing skills
·Availability of valid Indian Passport is a must.
·Strong Process Knowledge esp. in Change Management in
Infrastructure Domain & Service Delivery.
·Very good written communication (through e-mails).

The Job involves

·Application support and responding to user requests
and incidents
·Transition of applications from existing vendors and
should take part in knowledge transfer, documentation
and training activities
·Onsite-Offshore communication and coordination
·Shift work in rotation basis which involves night
shifts and Weekend Support

·Analytical skills assisting in problem solving and
continuous improvement activities.

·Must have strong attention to detail and be able to
work as a team player.

·Strong communication skills along with ability to
meet deadlines in a fast paced environment required.

·Motivated self - starter with impeccable follow -

·Should have a good understanding about quality
concepts and should be able to work to high standards
