Exposure to Linux / Solaris / Mac will be a major plus

Must have an excellent grasp of object oriented design & UML-driven application development, application of J2EE & generic design patterns, J2EE Services & APIs, JSP, Servlets, EJB & Struts. Should be conversant with server administration issues, performance issues and tuning
Strong research & analytical orientation with an ability to grasp & integrate new technologies rapidly
Must have exposure to current and evolving technical trends and best practices
Must have the ability to propose, present and defend architectures, critically analyze to improve existing architectures and review code
Experience: 6 to 10 Years
