We have appointed to shortlist Candidate's profiles by Our US Based MNC in Chennai on the following skill sets.
 
(1) Position: Product Manager
Job Description
· The Product Manager will plan, organize and control the product line from
conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet
marketing and corporate growth strategies.
· This position is responsible for creating product plans, managing product release
activities, performing market, customer and competitive analysis and integrating
these analyzes to provide sound product judgments.
· The Product Manager must work well in a cross-functional environment working
closely with developers to accurately define software requirements, sales to
ensure that products meet the needs of the prospects and customers as well as the
Management to facilitate decisions and priorities with products.
· The Product Manager will provide the highest level of internal and external
customer service.
Desired Profile
· Product Management Experience - The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3
- 6 years of experience in software Product Management.
· Candidate must have the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment,
direct product development efforts on a project basis using quality tools to deliver
value added services to customers.
· Interpersonal Skills - Candidate must be a high energy, can-do person who can
operate in a fast moving environment.
· Should be able to position features and benefits.
· Entrepreneurial - This person must have a strong sense of urgency, outstanding
project and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and manage
competing priorities effectively.
· Communications Skills - Excellent verbal skills. Excellent writing skills,
including writing product documentation and comfort in conducting
presentations. Strong persuasion skills.
Education - BE,MBA.
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Location: Chennai.

(2) Position: Sales Manager.
Job Description
· Work in top notch sales team of company which is the biggest add-on partner of
world's leading CRM/SFA vendors such as ACT!, Goldmine, SalesLogix,
SalesForce.com.
· Sell company's award winning software product lines through consultative selling
approach to small and medium businesses in
USA and UK.
· Opportunities to make independent decisions on sales strategies.
· Job demands working in
India to USA timings. Flexibility to work on night shifts
is an essential requirement for this position.
Desired Profile
· Should have worked in an outbound call center selling software or services.
· Alternately must have worked with software reseller or IT solutions provider.
· Must demonstrate track record.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to understand and describe how company's products can address the
business issues that customers are facing.
· Sales and marketing skills with entrepreneurial spirit.
· Should be able to manage a team of sales professionals
Experience: 8 years and above
Education: Any Degree
Location: Chennai.
