URGENT REQ FOR BANGALORE.

1. Position Title: Configuration engineer

Educational Qualifications/ Certifications required: Degree educated. PG education would be an advantage

Years of experience: 2 – 3Years

Essential Skill sets:

· Must have proven experience in Oracle (Pl/SQL, Store procedure) & Unix (shell Scripting)

· Programming language (C++ preferred)

· Must have worked on either development or implementation projects utilizing the above skills

Desirable Skill sets:

· Telecom Experience

· Good communication skills

· Customer facing experience

· Willing to travel/passport

2. Position Title: Oracle DBA

Educational Qualifications/ Certifications required: Degree educated. Technical PG education would be an advantage

Years of experience: 2 – 4Years

Essential Skill sets:

· Must Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)

· Must have experience as DBA (atleast 2 years is a must) & should have worked in 2-3 projects.

· D/B maintenance and development

Desirable Skill sets:

· Knowledge of widely used programming languages such as C++, C#, Java.

· Design of large DB system experience.

3. Position Title: VC++ Developers

Educational Qualifications/ Certifications required: Degree Educated in Computer Science related discipline. Post Graduate qualification in a similar discipline would be an advantage

Years of experience: 2 – 3Years

Essential Skill sets:

· Visual C++ on Windows

· Experience of working on large project

· Problem solving capabilities

· Ability to understand requirements & come up with design coding.

Desirable Skill sets:

· Good SQL knowledge (Oracle advantageous)

· Additional programming languages- C#, Java

· Ability to work independently

4. Position Title: Senior Business Analyst

Educational Qualifications/ Certifications required: Masters in Statistics- must. (Preferably from any of the leading institutes like IIT/ISI)

Years of experience: 2 – 5 Years

Essential Skill sets:

Exposure to banking industry [credit cards, personal loans etc] or telecom is a must.
Strong Model Building exp is a must (Must have worked in a number of scorecards assignments)
Exp in SAS or SPSS or both is a must.
Strong technical knowledge preferred. Knowledge of SQL will be a plus
Stronger customer facing skills
Good written and oral communication
Business knowledge
Domain expertise
Design capabilities
Expected to travel worldwide

Desirable Skill sets:

Experience of working with large Data Sets and Oracle Databases.
