We have appointed to shortlist Candidate's profiles by Our SEI CMM5 Client in Chennai on the following skill sets.
1) Test Managers
9+ years of IT Experience of which should have at least 4 years of experience in testing (Preference - Experience in automated test tools.)
Should have prior hands on experience in managing a team of at least 10-15 professionals.
Derive the scope of testing and test strategy.
Subject Code : TM
2) Test Leads
6+ years of IT Experience of which should have at least 4 years of experience in testing (Preference - Experience in automated test tools.)
Should have prior hands on experience in managing a small team of at least 5 professionals independently.
Subject Code : TL
3) Test Engineers / Senior Test Engineers – Automation
4+ years of IT Experience of which should have at least 1+ years of experience in Automation testing (Preference – SILK TEST / QTP / WINRUNNER.)
Development experience in VB, Dot.NET, Java, J2EE will be an added advantage.
Subject Code : TE - Automation
4) Test Engineers / Senior Test Engineers – Manual
4+ years of IT Experience of which should have at least 3+ years hands-on experience in manual testing.
Subject Code : TE - Manual
Prerequisites required for all the above mentioned positions:
Qualification – BE / B.Tech- CS, MS-IT, MCA, MSc-IT, M.B.A (Systems)
Sound knowledge in software testing processes and methodologies
Should posses excellent communication skills
