Job Opportunity at Bangalore - Position Windows Servers Administrator - VERY URGENT

Currently we have an urgent requirements with our client based in Bangalore.

* Position : Windows Servers Administrator
Enterprise Infrastructure - Windows Servers Team
* Skills -

Resolve routine to moderately complex administrative and support
issues, ensuring user satisfaction by providing preventative
maintenance, and participating in Problem and Change management
processes.

This position requires a high degree of teamwork. The ideal candidate
will have a strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn more about
Windows Servers. They will be an energetic, self motivated individual
who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. They must be
committed to Customer Service.

The position provides remote support for the systems via on-call
rotation. Some major change activities require on-site weekend work.
They will need to coordinate the Windows servers patching process once
per month on a weekday, and once per month on a weekend (both Saturday
and Sunday). This position will also investigate MOM (Microsoft
Operations Manager) alerts, and will work on process automation tasks
/ scripts. They will assist the Windows team with various Windows
Servers security initiatives.

Software Knowledge Needed:
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments including
Windows 2000 and 2003.
Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Computing Environment (Windows, Unix, Etc.):
Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003, Active Directory

Any Other Job Skills Needed:
· Communications: Must have excellent verbal and written English

Hardware (Anything Special):
· Knowledge of basic computer hardware and some experience with
configuration of same (e.g. partitioning of disk, understand what
cache memory is, some concepts of fault tolerant configurations)

* Experience : - 3 to 6 yrs.
* Qualification : University degree. MCSE certified.
* Location : Bangalore
