Key responsibility of the position is to deliver consistent and superior  customer experience , higher retention to Post and Pre Customers through   various customer touch points in Hyd ( ARC and Prepaid shoppe)
 
1)       Team Management – Team Size  40 +
 
  1. Position will be responsible for managing a   team size of more than 40 people working in various customer touch point
  2.  
  3. Position will be responsible for setting up Key Result Areas for the team  and  will also be responsible for monitoring  and evaluating the performances of the Team
 
  1. Position will be responsible for delivering customer experience and retention of Post and prepaid customers for the Zone

  1. Conceptualizing  and implementation of exerience initiatives
 
  1. Identify and roll out training programs for customer facing executives and center managers
 
  1. Revenue enhancement through up selling process at ARC'S
 
  1. Key Productivity index of the position will be
