1) Position: Sales / Account Manager
Required Exposure/ Experience : Sales
Behavioral Capabilities : Team player, willingness to learn & adaptive to changes
Brief Job Summary / Role :
To achieve the regional booking, billing and collection objectives and manage customer satisfaction.
Desired Profile of Candidates :
Strong account management and relationship building skills.
Engineering / Management / Telecom education.
Atleast 5-6 yrs of technology solutions selling.
Should be good at analytical and presenation skills.
Should be comfortable selling to senior levels of management.
Strong conceptualization and articulation skills.
Have no travel constraints.
Should be passionate, result oriented, have an eye for quality and detail.
Have strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferably with industry knowledge - call center, ITES, BPO,
Responsibilities :
Primary responsibility is to convert prospects into customers
Complete day to day account, opportunity & pipeline management.
Responsible for booking, billing and collection targets.
Where required, should be able to draw upon multiple resources to position, strongly in the accounts.
Account mapping, relationship management, issue resolution & creating high mindshare.
Responsible for creating a senior management contact platform between Client and accounts.
Owns the account and hence any revenue gain/loss from the account.
Strategizing, planning and execution of territory/account related plans.
Proper handover to projects at the right stage of the sales cycle.
Deliverables / KRA's in this Role :
To be discussed and agreed upon between the RBH and the candidate at the appropriate time.
Size of the Job : (Budgets -Sales/Cost/No. of Projects)
1. 1 to 1.5 Cr of valud added revenue
Challenges in the Job :(Difficulties in the job)
Interfacing with multiple internal agencies and responding to customer requirements.
Will be operating with little or no day to day supervision
Academic Qualification : M B A with or w/o Engineering
Exp: Min 5+yrs
